Research the benefits of organic turmeric, holy basil and ginger for inflammation and pain. 

Ingredients: Organic Turmeric, Holy Basil, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves & Black Pepper

Steep 1-2 tsp per 8 oz of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Great hot or poured over Ice. Sweeten it up with some Agave or Honey.

Direction: Keep in a dry, cool place. They can be stored in the provided resealable packaging, or store them in a glass jar away from direct light.
