A natural formula that promotes calmness, relieves daily stress, and supports deeper, more restorative sleep. Can be used on areas with muscle soreness, pain, and discomfort. 

The most effective way to combat magnesium deficiency through quick and efficient absorption of magnesium through the skin.

Apply before bed on the soles of your feet and/or stomach 15 minutes before bed to help aid in sleep. 

Apply 1-2 spritzes and rub in where you have sore muscles, a minor ache, pain or joint discomfort.

To help with anxiety spray on your chest, for headaches spray at the base of your neck.

Directions: Shake well. Spray 1-3 pumps on stomach, back, legs, or bottoms of feet 1-2 times daily. For muscle cramps or pains, spray directly on problem area.

You may experience initial stinging or itching which will dissipate after a short period and is normal for those who may be magnesium deficient.

Wipe off and discontinue use if a reaction or irritation occurs. Do not spray on broken skin. Wash hands after application.
